Always read the labels of the supplements (and food) you consume and do your research on the substances. The supplement market is huge and there’s a lot of stuff out there of which I’m highly sceptic about the quality, to say the least.
Always follow the instructions on the labels if you don’t know what the exact effects of certain substances and nutrients are. Supplements are absolutely safe as long as you know what you’re doing.
